We are happy to exchange goods within 7 days of purchase as long as they are in the same condition as when they were purchased.

Yes they may. Please note: plants are living things, they don’t come in boxes. And we do not produce them in a factory. Sizes and photos are a guide only.

We always send out the very best plants we have in stock.

We do not refund just because the plants are a different size to the photos online.

We grow and sell from many wholesale growers and we do not buy seconds stock and ensure we inspect all plants prior to Delivery.

• We are happy to exchange goods within 7 days of purchase as long as they are in the same condition as when they were purchased.
• Plants that have been planted or have damage will not be accepted for exchange.
• It is Echuca Moama’s Plant Farm discretion to exchange or replace goods purchased. This will only be considered upon presentation of your original cash register receipt or online sales invoice.
• We are not able to give cash refunds. Credit notes will be issued where applicable.
• You are entitled to a refund under Australian law if the goods or service we rendered to you were not as promised or described. For example, if we are unable to provide the plant variety you purchased, you are entitled to a refund if you are not happy with a substitute plant.
• Return of goods will be required to obtain a refund.

Echuca Moama Plant Farm is not required by Law to provide a refund or replacement if a customer changes their mind.

However, a voucher can be issued to the customer in this scenario providing:

• Evidence of proof of purchase
• All returned goods must be unused and in original packaging
• All price tags must be attached and in saleable condition

If you are a Trade Account customer and presenting goods for return or exchange, a copy of the original invoice must be presented in-store along with the goods to arrange an Account Credit.

Commercial quantities are not generally returnable nor special customer orders i.e. products which are not ranged.

Afterpay Merchants fees are non-refundable in the event of a refund. Once a refund has been issued, Afterpay is not able to reverse or change this action.

eGift cards can be purchased online and used in-store. eGift cards allow the holder to check the balance or reload the card with additional funds. The perfect gift.

Please note they are only redeemable in-store and not through our website online store.
